Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme extended
The government has extended the Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme (CBILS) for small businesses. The extended CBILS can assist all small businesses in need of support during COVID-19, and not just those who cannot secure traditional commercial financing.
New Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme available for larger firms
As well as extending the Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme for small businesses, the government has announced a new source of funding support for larger firms.
This new CBILS will benefit larger businesses by providing a government guarantee of 80%, allowing them to access bank loans of up to £25 million to help pay for ongoing costs.
Is your business eligible for a Local Authority Grant
Local Authority Grants are now available to support small businesses with their ongoing business costs. To be eligible for a one-off grant of £10,000, businesses must already be paying little or no business rates due to the small business rate relief or rural rate relief.
To find out if you’re eligible or to get the process started, contact your district council or unitary authority today!
